Sarah is a Swine Extension Educator, out of the U of MN Regional Extension Office in Willmar. Her current programming focuses on Pork Quality Assurance and Transport Quality Assurance certification, Common Swine Industry Audit, Secure Pork Supply, biosecurity practices and other pork management topics. Sarah grew up on a farrow-to-finish pig farm in Minnesota where she took an active part in that lead to her passion for pigs and agriculture. Prior to her current position, Sarah was an instructor in Ridgewater College’s Agriculture Department in Willmar, MN.
