Using data from over 200 applications submitted by REALTORS® across the country to the NAR Leadership Academy, this panel will explore the key skills that future leaders want to refine. They’ll discuss the traits that help leaders succeed, and explain what exercises and scenarios can help build those individual traits, as well as team success. They’ll also share their personal stories of what they hoped to take away from the training, as well as the skills they ultimately took away that shaped their leadership path.
