Cheri Daniels got into real estate because, over the course of her life, two different REALTORS® in two different states suggested she get her license. The timing was finally right in 2007 and she has been actively selling real estate ever since. She is currently the branch manager at HomeSmart Elite Brokers in Yakima. She is a graduate of the 2021 NAR Leadership Academy and a 2011 graduate of the Washington-Oregon Leadership Institute NW. The Women’s Council of REALTORS® provides a wonderful training ground and offered many leadership opportunities from the local, state and national level for Cheri to learn and lead. She was the Washington REALTORS® President in 2022, the Washington REALTORS® Treasurer in 2017 and the Yakima Association of REALTORS® President in 2012 . Cheri is a huge fan of RPAC, serves on the NAR Participation Council and is a RPAC Hall of Fame Crystal R President’s Circle major investor. She has a passion for volunteering and has served on the Yakima YWCA board of directors, was a founding member of the Combat Veterans United motorcycle group, an organization that raises funds to support local veterans and volunteers with the Downtown Association of Yakima when they will put up with her and all of her ideas! Originally from Williston, ND, she graduated from Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, SD with a B.S. in psychology and religion with minors in English and History. If the statistics class wasn’t so boring, she would have had a third minor in sociology!
