Shannon is the broker of 3 Sotheby's International Realty offices on Cape Cod and has been a senior training consultant with Dynamic Directions for the past 8 years.  She is the 2023 Co-Vice Chair of NAR Meeting & Conference.  She served as the 2021 Chair of the NAR Leadership Academy and the 2020 President of the RI Association of Realtors®.
