Kelsi has been with NAR over 7 years working with the Strategic Association Management program.  Her focus has primarily been recruiting and compensation for AE’s and staff.   

Kelsi has a Masters in HR from DePaul University, an MBA with a concentration in HR as well as a paralegal certificate from Roosevelt University. She also has a BA in Journalism from Indiana University and is a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
