We’re thrilled to announce the debut of the Bushwheel Basecamp, a dedicated area for STOL Pilots & Bush planes and serves as the Pits for the STOL Invitational Pilots.

Get ready for daily and nightly activities that promise fun for the whole family! Bring your little aviators along to mingle with the pilots and get an up-close look at the incredible bush planes.

Media Day: Calling all media teams! Schedule your interviews and aircraft walkarounds with the pilots. Request a time slot by tapping here

Wednesday:

7pm – Rum-a-Rita Night by Bayou Rum: Indulge in Rum-a-Ritas, the signature drink of Swamp STOL, crafted in collaboration with Bayou Rum and the Jeff Davis Parish Tourism Commission.

Thursday:

7:30am – 10:30am Airplanes & Coffee: Start your day right with a free cup of joe, courtesy of Airplanes & Coffee. Fuel your passion for aviation!

8:00pm Jambalaya Night provided by Crow Air: Savor authentic Cajun flavors with a huge pot of Jambalaya straight from Baton Rouge. Limited to 200 people, request your invitation today by tapping here

12:00PM – 1:15pm STOL Invitational Pilot Meet ‘n Greet: Interact with the pilots and snag some cool swag!

8:15PM Pickin & Grinnin’: Join us for a memorable night of music and camaraderie under the stars with Levi Noguess, Matthew Peterson, Robbie Station and Special Guest Appearances!
