Commencing as a juvenile and progressing to a senior the recognition of pathological hip laxity, capital physeal fracture, Legg-Calvé-Perthes (LCP) disease, femoral neck fracture, hip luxation and progressive hip arthritis allow treatment decisions to be made at an appropriate time to best relieve patients pain and dysfunction.
