Pilot Mental Health: What's Wrong and What's Next

Andrew Reitz is a Captain on the A-320 for American Airlines. His counseling career began with his Masters in Pastoral Counseling in 2007 and includes 5 years as a Peer-Assist Volunteer and national committee member with Project Wingman. Andrew is completing his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. His experience in the aviation mental health realm includes providing input to FAA researchers concerning the new CogScreens from a pilot’s perspective.
