As CEO of MIBOR REALTOR® Association and the Broker Listing Cooperative®, Specchio brings her desire to build and foster strong relationships and her dedication to provide technology solutions that ensure an efficient marketplace to complement MIBOR’s strong tradition of community involvement. MIBOR, was founded in 1912 and serves more than 10,000 members in Indianapolis and the surrounding central Indiana counties. Shelley is a past president of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) and currently serves on their Board of Directors. She is currently serving on the Boards of the Broker Public Portal, RPR, and the MLS Grid. She serves on several NAR committees and advisory groups and participates wherever her 25+ years’ experience will offer solutions to move our members and the industry forward.  Specchio began her career in the real estate industry in 1994 with the Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS® as a graphic designer and went on to lead the Northern Nevada Regional MLS as CEO from 2008 to 2017.
