Jeff Bosch has strong roots in the broker community, advocating for better data and tools while breaking down artificial barriers, costs and complexity for professionals and consumers alike. As CEO of IRES MLS in Northern Colorado, he leads a team of dedicated MLS professionals and their software development subsidiary, REALGO Inc.

He has held numerous leadership roles, previously serving as COO of MARIS MLS. Jeff transitioned from brokerage to MLS as Director of Broker Engagement at MARIS, fostering stronger relationships and communication between brokers and the MLS. He has been an agent, investor, educator, and managing broker.

Jeff seeks to help propel the industry forward as the Broker Advisory Workgroup Chair for the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) and as a Director for the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), as well as previous involvement with a local REALTOR® leadership academy. He is a 2023 AEC-AE Institute Advisory Board, Member: At-Large.
