As part of the Member Experience, Engagement & Legal group, Charlie leads the Engagement team to build relationships with key industry stakeholders ensuring they are equipped with the tools, information and resources needed to be world class business partners to NAR members. Our team leads partnerships and support of multiple stakeholder groups and programs including:

• State & local REALTOR® Association leaders;

• Local and regional MLSs including policy development, compliance, and strategic planning;

• Diversity programs and partnerships;

• NAR’s commercial practitioners and boards;

• NAR’s Institutes, Societies, and Councils; and

• Expansion of the REALTOR® brand globally with over 100 global bilateral partners

He also works with NAR’s Chief Advocacy Officer and management team to bolster the outreach and distribution of NAR’s advocacy messaging, and highlight the organization’s legislative and regulatory victories on behalf of more than 1.4 million REALTOR® members.
