As Government Affairs Director for the Iowa Association of REALTORS®, Greta leads RPAC fundraising efforts, manages REALTOR® Party programs, and supports lobbying efforts at the Iowa legislature. Since joining IAR, Greta has helped lead record RPAC fundraising numbers raising over $500,000 for the first time in Iowa history and reaching over 75% participation as a state. Prior to her time at the Association, she worked at the Iowa legislature researching and monitoring policy and executing communications strategy.
