Chloe Hecht has been with NAR since 2014. Previously, Chloe practiced at boutique intellectual property firms where she focused on trademark and copyright enforcement and litigation, branding strategies, and licensing.

Chloe focuses on NAR’s intellectual property issues, including the trademark protection program, copyright issues, and intellectual property licensing, along with other general corporate matters and risk management issues. She also co-staffs NAR’s Legal Action Committee and Amicus Brief Advisory Board. Chloe received a B.S. degree in molecular biology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law.
