Josh Summers has spent the majority of his 30+ year career in the real estate industry. He began his career in real estate working in property management and student housing development. He has over a decade of experience in association management, and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Kentucky REALTORS®. Josh also served as the Chief Executive Officer for the REALTORS® Association of Lake & Sumter Counties prior to his new role in Kentucky.

Josh is a native Floridian and graduate of Florida State University. He spent his early years on his family farm learning the importance of work ethic, generosity, and service to others. He is an advocate for every community he has been a part of, and is passionate about RPAC, as each association he led has consistently been a top performer in RPAC fundraising across the state and national levels.
