Michele Xiong (she/her) is the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR). She holds a B.S. in Psychology from UNC Greensboro and a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Meredith College where she was the recipient of the Excellence in Leadership Award. Her role at the association is to ensure that DEI is all encompassing and holistic in every aspect. She is the liaison to RRAR’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee and their award-winning Global Advisory Group. Michele currently sits on the board of Raleigh Sister Cities on behalf of the association to help strengthen international relations. She has proudly served on NAR’s Diversity Committee and AE Diversity Work Group. Being an eternal optimist, Michele’s ultimate dream is to work herself out of a job when it comes to the field of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and justice.
