On January 1, 2023, Richard Haggerty transitioned to become the CEO of OneKey® MLS, servicing Long Island, New York City and the lower Hudson Valley, with over 46,000 subscribers. Prior to joining OneKey MLS, Richard was the Chief Executive Officer for the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® (HGAR) and President and Chief Strategic Growth Officer for OneKey® MLS, LLC. Haggerty was with the Association for over 38 years. HGAR has over 13,000 members and its core area of service includes Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Orange counties, as well as the Bronx and Manhattan. He has been a speaker and instructor for numerous state and local REALTOR® Associations including the New York State, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Oregon, and the US Virgin Islands Associations of REALTORS®.
