Ryan Davis is the Director of Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion at the National Association of REALTORS® where he oversees the diversity, equity and inclusion strategy for its 1.5 million members involved in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate industries. Ryan also serves as the staff executive to NAR’s Diversity Committee, Multicultural Real Estate Leadership Advisory Group, and Association Executive Committee Diversity Workgroup. Moreover, Ryan provides executive coaching to leaders across 1,100 local and state REALTOR® associations. Ryan also leads NAR’s partnerships with the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.
