Jim Bachand has served as chief executive officer of Missoula Organization of REALTORS® (MOR) since October of 2019.  Jim’s past experience includes divisional Chief Operation Officer positions for 3 of the top 5 USA financial services organizations (Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and the ‘last Bank’ Washington Mutual ‘WaMu’). B.A. from University of Montana, so yes, a proud Grizzly fan; Master’s in leadership in human systems and organizational design, a certified executive leadership coach and several national leadership awards for work in DE&I and mergers/acquisitions in the bank industry.
