Dr. Neill's role is to assist in translating the work of the Veterinary Economics Division team and various stakeholders to actionable items for veterinary teams and clinics. Dr. Neill also holds a part-time appointment as Assistant Professor in veterinary economics for the Cornell Center of Veterinary Business and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Neills research focuses on the broad scope of issues that face the veterinary industry.
