How do we reconnect to our membership?  How do we show them we care about their success?  How do we articulate how the association helps the membership?  Simply, how do we show our value?  How do we help our members succeed, with educational offerings that are relevant in today’s marketplace such as ABR, SRS, and RENE. How do we express to consumers and why hiring a REALTOR® is important and worth it to them.  Is it programming?  What does it look like?  Outreach? How often, and what does it look like?  How do we get staff to get excited about seeing membership learn and grow.  And what are we willing to do to be the organization that is fully focused on our membership’s success in helping their clients/customers achieve their goals.
