Communication and Workflow in the Age of Stress-Part II

Having looked at what we say while working, in part II of this lecture, we’ll look at what we do when working. Team members explore the typical cycle of service and review/discuss alternative versions with the instructor. Examples of how practices are using the latest in technology, telemedicine, and changes to the way they see appointments will all be covered.
