The special guest for this show is Frederick Heid, the superintendent of Polk County Public Schools. In April 2021, Frederick Heid was unanimously selected by the Polk County School Board to become the new superintendent of Polk County Public Schools. In this leadership role, he now oversees one of the 30 largest school districts in the United States and the seventh largest in Florida — serving more than 110,000 students (pre-K through 12th grade). He holds a master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida and is pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Aurora University.
