ATC View of FLIGHT CONTROL Emergencies

Dean is a flight instructor and an air traffic controller, and helps develop training for controllers about responding to inflight emergencies. As a by-product of his research for controllers, Dean has some unique insights to pass on to pilots about how best to respond to emergencies involving primary and secondary flight controls whether or not you are talking to ATC when your emergency happens.
