Introduction to Aeronautics Upgrades 5-8 Aero CD

Bill Maecker started MAKER TOYS in 1985, making hundreds of thousands of flying toys, Pocket Planes and Boomerangs, mostly for museums. In 2001, partnered with NASA making two CDs for aeronautics education for kids, making NASA's material for teachers accessible by students. Bill's designs and patents for tools are used every day by people worldwide. This forum is an opportunity to hear an inventor describe his views and approach to design, using NASA material as support. NASA Ames Research Center developed Exploring Aeronautics, which is basis for this presentation.
