In-Person   AIA Session   SCS Session   Roundtable

Description

Print commentaries are essential tools for all scholars and students of classical texts. Digital commentaries can provide broader access to line-by-line annotation, allow for different kinds of collaborative workflows, add multimedia affordances, and enable subtly different types of pedagogy. How do you use digital commentaries? What are the best ways to design and produce them? What are the most successful current examples? What texts would most benefit from digital annotation? How could the profession improve on available resources? Are there ways to increase recognition for digital commentary for the purposes of tenure and promotion? Come and brainstorm with us!
